Game missing from "My Page" list

Hi, I bought Crown of Glory Emperors edition both digital and physical when it released. I receiced this email back in 2009:

Our records show that you have recently purchased Crown of Glory
Emperor's Edition from Matrix Games online store and may have received
the incorrect digital product. We have gone ahead and placed a free
order on behalf of you so that you may retrieve the correct product.
Please follow the instructions below to access your download. The
physical portion of your product will be shipping without issue.

The instructions there dont really work anymore since the sites dont exist. But I do have faint memory of seeing this game in "My page" collection during the past. But not its not there.

I do have the email with serial but that alone of course doesnt really help.

Edit:

Ah nevermind. All I had to do was register the serial I received 17 years ago. Works like charm. It will be part of my megacampaign of games dated between 1750–1850.
