[FIXED] Russian Akula II is inaudible?

While in the scenario Blackmail 2019, I fly a SV-22D Osprey to hunt for subs. I deleted most of the other units for clarity.

I could not find any subs so I finally peeked at Gods View (sorry it was just for testing... ) and saw the sub 1000 meters from the Osprey with dipping sonar.
The closest AN/SSQ-62E is 1.2 Nm from the Akula II but does not detect the Akula (-131 ft) which is trafelling at 10.3 dB.

Just for testing I inocorporated a Kilo cruising at -131 ft at 16.7 dB. This extra sub is also not detected. This one is not in the attachement.
Is this possibly a bug?

It is indeed the same root issue, and it has been fixed for the next update.
