There are no trade agreements between China, CW or the USA.

However.
A USA oil come to GB.
A CW oil come to China.
And on top of that a cyprus resource come to GB without convoy line.

Sometimes old trades remain listed after the trades are cancelled. Could this be the bug you have? If so, clearing the orders usually works and removes the faulty resource listings.

You mean clear all agreements or pass to idle all resources and then establish again.

I mean that you go to the offending resource and click on 'clear defaults' and then on 'clear overrides' and the on 'recompute'. See picture. This usually removes old (obsolete) trade bugs. Can be worth checking both trading nation and receiving nation, but I think receiving is usually the bad guy.

Thanks, it works! I had it right in front of me, but I'm like a bull in a china shop when I'm working with Prod Plam Prelim. I still have some issues with the production, but little by little... :D

Anyway they should have been reset.

Glad that there is a way to solve this bug. Although it is a bug nonetheless.
