[FIXED] RecordViewer shows error in any scenario "TSSL_Badframe"

When attempting to open a recorded replay in any scenario, the error "TSSL_Badframe" appears.

Verifying the integrity of the game files in Steam didn't help, nor did running the game with administrator rights.
