B1892 Airbase, wrong conversion into armored platoon

To reproduce load in the editor Hit Hard Hit Fast scenario (Shifting sands). Switch to Egypt.

Select El Arish AB (Sinai) and convert to single unit AB. I did not tried all the ABs but it will happen in more of them in this scenario.

The result is a 100% damaged armored platoon, with undamaged airbase installations.
