Where is the suscribe forum button ?

CITATION OF THE FORUM FAQ : How do I bookmark or subscribe to specific topics?
You can bookmark or subscribe to a specific topic by clicking the appropriate link in the “Topic tools” menu, conveniently located near the top and bottom of a topic discussion.
Replying to a topic with the “Notify me when a reply is posted” option checked will also subscribe you to the topic.

Ok, I fund the "suscribe topic" buttons.

But a techn question, please : if this "suscribe topic" button is esay to find, it's not the same for the the "suscribe forum" button ? (a button to suscribe in one time to an entire forum, without to have to suscribe for each topis of the concerned forum)

In the FAQ, it's explained like that :
How do I subscribe to specific forums?
To subscribe to a specific forum, click the “Subscribe forum” link, at the bottom of page, upon entering the forum.

But where is this "suscribe forum" button ?
(I ask that because I erased by error all my "marked forums" in my profile and the list of forums where I did suscribe is now empty)

If you go to here:

It should be right at the bottom, on the left, though to the right of another button entitled "Board Index".

Thanks, I did not see it : what a perfect dummy !
Edit : But something is curious : I have the link only under the "techn" forum.

Under other forums (this one, by example), there is no any link (cf attached images)
Is it normal a situation ?

EDIT :ok, found the reason : I am really a super dummy... The button is only on the main page of each forum, not on each topic page of the forum
