Weird logistic anomaly related to trucks & crossroads. 1.32.264.012 GOG

Trucks from the port refuse to go in several directions on a crossroad. These might be newly made road connections, I think.
But at least one, the south going road has been there for quite some time. What is seen on it is traffic from a truck station extremely, extremely far away. As to why trucks - metal cost of crossing 25 hexes of high mountains is simply prohibitive.
