Bug or Accounting Error for "Trucks Lost in Freight"

There is a number inside the Logistics Phase Report [X] - Freight, which says: "Trucks Lost in Freight".
This number is rather small.
It seems to add up Trucks over all turns, Trucks that are lost (by something) but this does with almost 100% certainty not include "All Trucks Lost in Freight".
Like the attached example is from T93 of GC41.

Furthermore, changing the whole OKH between Prio 2, 3 and 4 changes the lost trucks during logistics Phase (to all causes) inside the Losses screen [Key "L"] from 2:~1500 to 3:~2000 to 4:~2500.
