Usefull tool for modding

Reading old threads in forum about modding, I noticed that some designers have difficulties with unit_sprites zoom in work, to maintain a good precision in graphs after reduction.

In my own case, I never work about unit_sprites zoom files : after working on unit_sprites "normal view", I reduce autolmatically the image zize with this tool and all works perfect in a few secunds, without to have no any work

The tool is in french, but very usefull and free
