New ELO game

Seeking axis opponent for ELO game. Normal house rules:
No diplo on Majors
No Barbarossa before 1941
No diplo on Bulgaria
No Allied DoW on Japan before USA Mobilisation
No Italian navy ships or subs outside Med before DoW
No using garrison transports as scouts
No using neutral ships / transports as scouts
No XP farming
No German navy blocking of the Russian navy spawn points
Amphibious research cap of 4
I can normally play daily, but have a busy real life, and there might be days where I cant play. I play for pleasure and not to get more stress, so if this makes you angry, please dont take the game. If one ghosts the other without getting notice for longer than 7 days, he looses the game.
I am an experienced player, but not expert.
