Planning Tactical Transport - Missing Checklist File!

We just became aware that a small helper file is missing from the 3.1.0 version of the game.

If you are planning an air assault, or other form of tactical transport, you can call up a checklist of steps to follow via a small Help button in the top right corner of the planning dialog. Clicking on it right now just tells you that the file "TT_Checklist.trxt" file cannot be found. Not terribly helpful, that.

Attached is the missing file.

Place it in your game root folder"\Modules\Common\" folder and the button will now work. The game root folder is where you installed the game. With a Matrix installer, the default location is in "c:\Program Files\Matrix Games\Flashpoint Campaigns Cold War\" Being in Program Files, it needs Administrator permission to copy the file here and that is a slight pain. Basically, Windows will ask you if it is OK to do.

If the game is installed elsewhere then just do a file search for "FlashpointCampaipgns.exe" and that will lead you to the correct root folder.

This is not an urgent fix for most users, this is only if you absolutely want to go through the extra effort of having this one help button working right this instant.
