Timing PBEM or Hotseat games

Post by Galka »

The spwaw manual indicates that H2H games and practice games against AI may be timed.

Would it be difficult to add PBEM or Hotseat support for this valued asset?

Timing a game may have originally be intended to speed up an online match, however it forces a player to think quick and prioritize their actions, much like a real battlefield experience.

Victories are won by capitializing on anothers mistakes. anyone can make the right moves consistantly if given an unlimited amount of time.
"In light of my experience, I consider that your conclusion that the attacker needs a three to one superiority is under the mark, rather than over it. I would say that, for success, the attacker needs six to one or seven to one against a well-knit defence
