Panther Games' Highway to the Reich revolutionizes wargaming with its pausable, continuous time game play and advanced artificial intelligence. Command like a real General, under real time pressures to achieve real objectives on a real map all within the fog of war. Issue orders to your powerful AI controlled subordinates or take total control of every unit. Fight the world's most advanced AI opponent or match wits against your friends online or over a LAN. Highway to the Reich covers all four battles from Operation Market Garden, including Arnhem, Nijmegen, Eindhoven and the 30th Corps breakout from Neerpelt.

Post by JeF »

Hi all,

FWIW, a HTTR box appeared on Matrix Games home page, with a "coming soon" indication.

Check out the EBGames site. They have HttR down for an October 13th shipping date. Only major retailer in my area giving a hint that they will stock the game.

Hi, I am in the UK (Sheffield to be exact). I wondered how you knew EYSA was out on Friday? Are JustPlay distributing it in the UK?

Like you I have recently bought KP, and am still playing and thoroughly enjoying slugging through the South Pacific in UV. However, if more top-quality wargaming is shortly to become available I will be raiding the cashpoint once again! :)

My issue is time.

I am time poor.

Each night I am hard pressed to play all my PBEM UV and KP turns.

We seem to be in a golden age of wargaming and it seems to be a double edged sword.

Can you buy HTTR yet ? Someone posted on another thread and said he had it.

If its available where ? I clicked the "buy it" button on the Matrix site but I couldn't find it.

Is it sold at other shops like Bunker Hill Games or Chips n Bits ?

Hank, talk is cheap. As I type this Paul and I are just about to start the final multi-player test of the Gold Master. So far ( touch wood ) all is thumbs up. If our test tonight goes OK we will announce that HTTR has gone gold. It will then be another three to four weeks before you see it in the stores. :)

Play Uncommon Valour and Korsun Pocket while you wait - all great wargames.
