I see many references to "House Rules" in this forum, but a search failed to come up with a list. What would be the general House Rules? Is there a list someehere of which I am unaware?

There was a thread on House Rules about a year ago, but it seems to have been deleted. The handiest listing that I know of is a ".doc" file in the Ver. 3.1 release.
Civil war? What does that mean? Is there any foreign war? Isn't every war fought between men, between brothers?
