1st scenario. If I choose the option to get air support and additional armor how will that affect my scoring if it even does? How do these options affect the campaign?

You should ask your question in the "Mega-Campaign" forum.........better chance of getting the answer you seek..........as for me I don't know the answer to this one.........

The additional choices that give you extra troops are more or less regarded as "reinforcements", so the AI will get a little more to play with also.

The choices have an impact on the path that you take through the MC. You may or may not get a differing battle in the next scen depending on what option you select and how well (or bad ) that you perform. Sometimes certain battles are only accessable if you take option X, for instance, instead of option Y.
