I saw this editor program mentioned in another thread; can anyone point me to or send it my way? I'm not 100% sure what it does, but it sounds useful.

Thanks RS...I didn't realize it was one of FC's progs. I wish I knew about this one before I started editing all those SHP files for H2H-fr and v8.0!! :(
