The surprise should be for anyone that would criticize Hoche's tongue-in-cheek request for a screenshot. I seriously doubt that Hoche was serious when he posted that. Maybe he can clear this up. Hoche were you serious?

All in all, I have to say that serious posts regarding this situation are wholely warranted at this time.

These requests have been respectfully requested for months now and for months promises have been made by Matrix and the y have been repeatedly broken. I wish it wasn't so, but it is. [:(]

I think y'all need to go take a couple of your pills that help you calm down. The last time you demanded screen shots, you crashed the forums for a week and a half (the "hacker on the grassy knoll" theory is nothing but a coverup).

Seriously, I think that now is a time for being patient. I suspect that the designers are hesitant about posting screenshots because, as Bart said, the artwork is one of the last things to be polished into final form.

Note the minor grumbling on the WitP forum about the unfinished state of the map and alleged errors on it. Matrix has had to respond that the map is not yet finished. Further evidence that "no good deed goes unpunished."

I for one would be happy with some more info about the game such as which options will be in it. Which options (sweden, usa etc) will be in the initial version. Course screenshots are nice too.

Yes, yes. I hear you. I have promised and failed to deliver. I sense the rise up of the masses. Soon, my head will be at the guillatine! An rightfully so.

I am working on them. I will spare you the details, but I trying to pull them from a separate machine, the process is simply not working from my main machine which has the latest build. I will have them to you. It is not a conspiracy...really.
