How to manage the pilots problem?

Hi all,

i'm facing,playin ad the INJ , a big problem i'm not able to solve.
Playin scen 17. It's now december 42 and things are going quite well for the Emperor,but i'm facing a continuous comming of a huge numer of green pilots even if i do not need them. I have 3 groups of Zero (max numb 27) with more than 50 pilots assigned to each of them.I tried to disband and withdraw some units but things are not changing. My experienced pilots get outnumbered by so many green that the average falls al 55/60. I prefer to have less pilots or at least just the pilots i need to fly 27 aircrafts. Is there a way to avoid this mass-arrives?

I have the same thing happening to me as the USN. I don't know of anything that can be done to prevent it. I hope it is fixed in WitP and reverted to UV. The good news is if it happens you can raise the mission to 100 percent. The bad news is, the green pilots pull the ejection handle instead of the throttle and you lose all your planes.
