One page HTTR reference

Post by MarkShot »

This had been previously posted. Here is one page command reference for HTTR which can be conveniently printed and posted near a monitor. I had massaged it out of the beta documentation which we were working with it.

Note: it is a JPG with minimal compression in order to get under the upload size limit.

Note: the '~' mini-icon command was accidentally omitted.

Dave or Marc, you make want to make this available as a download on the official game site. (I have the original BMP if you want it.)

Mark,

don't forget the tilde ( ~ ) - this key displays the small icons.

Thing is, it's not the ~ key but the ' key that does it on mine. Apart from that, thanks for putting it up for download, it's very useful. At least it would have been when I started playing the game[;)].

And mine, I think it's because of British keyboard mapping.

Now don’t let the side down Eric, "little bit different" is not what we have striven for, over the centuries. Unique is the word you're struggling to find.
Cheers

For non-US keyboards, it's the "key to the left of the alphanumeric 1 key" that you want.

Steve, I agree that is the one in theory. In practice, for at least two of us it’s the ‘/@ key. Ain’t technology wonderful? [8|]

Eric,

Thanks mate. I was going to annoy Panther support with my '~' not working as well. I thought it was because on French/Belgian keyboards you have to use the 'AltGr' modifier to access it. Same problem with '\' BTW.

Now,on my Belgian mapped keyboard, I have :
- 'ù' = small-large icons (letter next right to M)
- 'µ' = units with recent log entries

Thanks again. Heading now to the Frenchie thread ...

Hi guys,

we have now an "official" Keyboard Command Card up on the HTTR page. It´s based on Markshots card.

Thanks, glad you like it. Credits "still" go to Markshot (and Steve for getting me a TXT version!) though.

It´s not printer cartrigde friendly as is Markshot's , but I have mine plastic sealed allready. Very nice for making grease pen notes on the back of it [;)]

Suggestion: on the official website where this pdf is mentioned as "News", it should say that it's located in the "Goodies" section, and/or should be hyperlinked. It took me a few minutes of hunting to find it.

Good Work, All.
