Post by FrankyVas »

Does Windows ME have a dislike to SPWAW?

A friend installed it and he sayed that it crashed right after the intro movie.

Doubt it. ME is not essentially different than '98 2nd Edition. I'm running 4.5 on ME and it works great. It's possible that he needs new video drivers-always worth loading those and trying again...

This came up a while ago, some people reprted a problem on ME with 32 or 64MB RAM, esp on slower (300 or less) PC's. I was running it on AMD300 with 128MB RAM and had no problems at all. As others posted get him to update Graphics drivers if possible.
