OOB Editor Bug ...

In my oob editor that is ... just a quick warning - the formation special ability button, if the selection list is closed rather than making a selection, the formation special ability is set to -1.

I've fixed it, but I'm just trying to finish off getting it to scale properly for 800x600 as well, plus do the copy and paste system before passing it on to Tankhead and Fabio.
