Tight Fight - "A Rough Rescue"

Post by Wild Bill »

A tight little fight that will take you less than an hour has been posted at the Gamer's Depot. It is the scenario, "A Rough Rescue."

This is based on an actual rescue of two trapped Sherman tank crews during the battle for Wana Draw on Okinawa.

The rescuers knew they were headed for trouble. The Japanese would be waiting for them. And they were.

This one has been updated and is more playable and winnable than before...but it still ain't easy.

This one is right up your alley, Gunny!

Hey Tomo!

Its about time, I guess. I've only done a few of those, Supercharge, Prokhorovka and Steel Shield.

Your call....any suggestions? I promise to take it under serious advisement.

I know exactly which scenarios you've done that are MOMO. They are the basis for every scenario I make. A big remake of Knightsbridge maybe? Or a northern face of Kursk salient during Zitadelle (has Ponyri been done too much?)? Or some major engagement during Typhoon by 2nd Panzergruppe (Maybe 24th Panzer Korps? Near Tula?) ?

Historical version of Prokhorovka would be most interesting. Oh wait a minute...that's my project. [:o]
