Why no fortress replaced?

I just withdraw two squad of fortress and when they come back with 12 pilots but no plane???I was getting mad....wait for 1 week but still no plane....can't the fortress be replaced??

you start getting 7 replacements a month in September or October

Hey, the IJN will never had fortress.

But I agree it is easy to lose them way too fast is you use them too much in the early months. It's far better to have them train in Australia and then use them in masse to close airfields.

Don't train them, Search.

Place B-17's and B-24's in Cooktown or Cairns and 100% Naval Search. Leave them there. By september, you start to get 4-5 hits each turn on single AP's and AG's trying to supply Jap forces in NG and crew experience on high side of 80 with 20-30 pilots and 10+ planes per squadron. Then you can remove any airfield from map with 120+ four-engine bombers.

And they are Shock & Awe in ASW too when experience is high enough! Seven hits on swarm of subs in single turn around L'Ville. Transferried them there and put my monsters on 1000 ft ASW search.
