range check error

Frank Hunter's Campaigns on the Danube is an operational study of the campaigns along the Danube in 1805 and 1809. Campaigns on the Danube's system focuses on trying to present the player with the same sort of decisions placed on their historical counterparts; how to feed an army and move that army according to a plan, all the while trying to fight a campaign. There is also an option to allow players to play out the battles with miniatures and input the results.

range check error

Post by coach3play4 »

problem fixed - see Frank Hunter response in error/bug section (ie simply enter supply number, rather than us sliders, when playing full fog of war)

Hmm! I just got the range check bug and had to quit the game to break out of it.

Hopefully this will soon be resolved. Lost a lot of my game.

Damn! Happened again. This time I got a message telling me a cavalry unit had been overrun. Followed by a Battle Screen where the Austria's had no troops involved followed by a Range Check Error which locked the game.

I assume this Range Check error is the same as a Division by Zero error where the program is presented with an impossible calculation to resolve.
