Going Gold has a way of drawing folks in! I had tuned out for quite a while, only checking in once in a while for updates, because the forums seemed to be dominated by bitchy whining. But now that the "endgame" is near, I'm like a moth drawn to the flame.

The forum is a way of coping with the wait. It might get quiet again when the game ships but then the whining will start fresh. [:D]

That was very naughty of you rogue[:-]. So are you former, current, or reserve USMC? I was in from 85-91, MOS 7011 (a/c launch & recovery) and then spent 3 (wonderful) years on MSG duty (Paramaribo, Suriname and Stuttgart, Germany).

A Fu*k Off??? Well, that's what I was, anyway[:D]. I had a few opportunities to enjoy the wonderful scenery at the "stumps" (29 Palms) too. I was stationed at El Toro from 86-89.
