Teething Pains

Post by Paul Vebber »

As is often the case with new ventures, it takes a little while to get everything up to speed!

We are working hard to get the wrinkles out of the new online store and are waiting for tech support for some issues that some of you have rasied.

We need your help though! We are getting flooded with emails, most asking for help or proceedural clarification, but others concerning more important things regarding problems with an order.

If you could could please post procedural questions to the Ordering and Shipping assistance forum or to me, not to David, so David can concetrate on problems where someone has a money related problem that requires confidentiality.

We are "adapting in real time" here - we are updating the shipping software and should have the wrinkles out of that this weekend and are working with the e-commerce company to iron out some rough edges there.

From the traffic here and the mail, the vast majority of you will be able to order! See the "Ordering methods explained" thread to find a method that fits your comfort threashold with technology ;)

We are working hard to fix the problems preventing the small percentage of you with problems from ordering, or complicating your ordering somehow.

We ask you though to please direct proceedural questions to the forum so that David can focus on improving things. If you have had a problem and David has not gotten back to you, give us a few days, we aren't going anywhere and are committed to the satisfaction of each and every one of you!

If you have sent David an email and have not heard back in the next day or so, forward it to me and and I will look into it.

Once again thank you all for your support and understanding as we get things out of the starting gate here!

Thanks for the updates, Paul. Even though it has been said before, it's great to see developers who actually exist and are reachable by us gamers :)

We are all pulling for this enterprise to
succeed. In a sense, we all have a stake in this. Take a deep breath everyone, it will
get better.
