PCI = Personal Computer Interface
AGP = Accelerated Graphics Port

or something like that.

They are types of sockets available on a motherboard for putting expansion cards like graphics cards, Ethernet cards, sound cards, etc. PCI is a general purpose interface but slower than AGP. AGP is only used for graphics cards. A card made for a PCI slot *will not* work in an AGP slot, and vice-versa. Different versions of the same basic graphics card are sometimes made for both PCI and AGP, but the AGP will generally be faster. Most motherboards manufactured in the last 5 or 6 years will have one AGP port and some number of PCI ports (4 - 6 is typical).

To play UV, I doubt you really need much of a graphics card, but I have fairly high end ones for other gaming, so I am not sure.
