Frank Hunter's Campaigns on the Danube is an operational study of the campaigns along the Danube in 1805 and 1809. Campaigns on the Danube's system focuses on trying to present the player with the same sort of decisions placed on their historical counterparts; how to feed an army and move that army according to a plan, all the while trying to fight a campaign. There is also an option to allow players to play out the battles with miniatures and input the results.

More-helpful messages please

During the game, we quite often get messages saying that something has happened to a unit: it's surrendered or retreated or something. Some of these messages identify the nationality of the unit; some of them don't.

As I haven't memorized the full order of battle of both sides, I sometimes see one of these messages and think, um, is that good or bad news? It would be helpful if the message always indicated the nationality; in fact, to be extra helpful it could mention the corps as well.
