Fleets

I have seen the screenshots and it seems that there are several kinds of fleets. I mean, ships of line, light ships and transport, like EIH. Is that true?. How many ships has every power?.

Yes, there are Heavies, Lights, Transports, and you can also convert your light ships for piracy or anti-piracy missions. You could build enough ships as you want so long as they don't fill the max fleet counter capacities.

And yes, this theme was taken from EiH a bit as you don't get quite this setup from the original EiA.
Nelson stood on deck and observed as the last of the Spanish fleets sank below the waves…

Is a Empires in Arms version very complex, but best.
