If you are having trouble downloading using your satellite connection, this may be due to your ISP's Equal Access policies. These restrictions are designed to make sure that none of their users takes an unreasonable share of the satellite bandwidth. Details probably vary, but my ISP (Direcway) says that, in any 4 hour period, after I have downloaded 167 MB at high speed, my download speed will be restricted to a much lower speed. In my case this was 5KB/Sec. The download will almost certainly never complete at this speed. The solution they recommend is to install download management software that will allow you to stop the download when it slows and pick it up again later when you can resume high speed DL. GetRight is one possibility: http://www.getright.com/

I'm going to try again, as soon as four hours have passed!
