Acrobat cannot decrypt document

I am getting this error when I try to open the Manual and the Tutorial files. The editor and Armchair General files open up fine. I upgraded Acrobat but it does'nt make any difference. Is there someone that could upload those files to me?.

Standard error caused by old version of Acrobat. Uninstall Acrobat and get the latest version. You say you already did, but the error comes specifically from Acrobat being too old to open the format so you might have multiple versions installed but are kicking it off with the old one still.
