TF dissapears from map (but still in game) at Mannargudi

Not a huge deal but I had a CV TF with Hermes and a few other ships in Dec. 1942 returning to base in Colombo, and one turn the ended in the hex (16,23) of Mannargudi, and were not visible on the map at all...no icons in the base hex whatsoever, and nothing when the hex was clicked on; I found the TF in the listing of all ships, however.

Caused no problems other than a fright when I couldn't find the TF.
