Can't load Transport aircraft in Campaign game

The subject line says it all. I can't get any of the transport units to load. I've tried loading them through the naval cargo and transport menus, and also trying to load them through the aircrafts menu as well.

Any help?

Do u pick a destination for the fleet?

No, but I can see other air units, though only certain ones... Is that the problem?

I think yes, and pick only ak transports

Ok, I've figured it out, you have to change the basing of the aircraft and have that match the destination of the ships.

Could you explain better?

There is no requirement to loading aircraft other then you need to have AK's in the transport TF and the air groups can not belong to a restricted HQ.
