Anyone else have a problem with a 3 ship TF near Trincomalee?

Ran into a problem with a 3 ship convoy.....one PC and 2 AKs in that little strait near Trincomalee that I can do anything with the TF.....the TF doesn;t show on the map either. Its like a ghost TF or something. I can get into the TF screen but can give it no orders or anything. I do not have my game here at work but the TF sits there and does nothing and is invisible.......

Thanks for any insight on this one.

Could be an automatic convoy from Karachi. You can't give orders to those TFs (unless you change it to human control).
Sometimes those auto-convoys do not do what they are supposed to do and stop in the strangest places. I had one auto-convoy from Osaka to Aparri stop at Takao and just sit there idle.

Not quite as bad as in UV where they would go off in wild directions but still not something you want to leave to the computer.

Wasn't an auto convoy but it happened in the hex with Mannargudi (sp?) and I have problems with anything in that hex now including other TFs. Could someone from matrix check this out and see if there is something special about the Mannargudi hex please. The TF is okay now that it is out of that hex and I can issue orders to it but couldn't do squat with it when it was in that hex.

Strange! A new Bermuda triangle??

In the case I mentioned above the same thing happened to a second autoconvoy to Aparri - it went to Takao. Maybe the guys in Osaka have a bad map!?! Or the gps on those AKs is not working.[X(]

Having problems in the Mannargudi hex.....can't access the base when there is a TF there and can;t see a TF when it is there or change orders for the TF when it is there......Matrix? 2X3? Can you take a look and see if there is something wrong in the code with this one hex?

I've had the exact same problem. (when there is a task force in the Mariduiisiif???? port.)
The older I get, the better I was.
