can i get it from the shops??, or do i have to download it?

Define crappy ... there are folks here who downloaded it successfully over the course of 30 odd hours on a modem connection.

Maybe some of the folks with modems can explain what they did with resumable download managers to you if you are interested in going that way.

If not, you can order a CD copy from the Matrix store.

Basically yes, you are buying the download (the game) + a backup CD shipped to you.

Click up at the very top bar where you see the word STORE

Use of the download is up to you, it doesn't change the fact that they will ship the CD
