Japanese FL CV's decimated on day 3 or how I lost the war in 3 days

I didn't change the IJN carrier a/c after Pearl Harbor, especially the fighters from sweep to escort with cap. The USS Lexington outside of Midway attacked my homeward bound fleet, no CAP came up and in 10 minutes the Kaga and Shokaku were sunk, the Hiryu and Akagi heavily damaged and too far from home to make it back. My other 2 lightly damaged cv's manged to sink the Lex, but the war was over.
Moral, when it says change all fighters in a TF button; dont believe it.[:-]

Ouch! I think we've all made that mistake a few times, but it's still painful to see it happen again. I suppose the good news is that you didn't have too much time invested in this campaign to mind a restart!

if so, you should write a AAR on it and see how long you can survive!!! it would be pretty funny!
