Problems with UV

Hi,
I bought the game a while ago and tested it. The game seemed to run REALY slow, The map scrolled slow as hell and when I clicked on a unit I had to wait for about 2-4 seconds before anything happened (read = unplayable). Back then I had a 2600 athlon with a gefrorce 4 gfx card. That should have ben good enough. Was there an option I missed, a bug? I now have a radeon 9800pro, so Il test It soon.

I have an AMD Athlon XP 2200+, 1GB memory and a Geforce 4 Ti4200 and I don't think it's slow.

There are settings (definitely for map scrolling speed). It defaults to 3 (along with alot of other settings) and I changed it to 1.
