Unathorized port attack.

I have saves of this before and after attack and the combat turn. In my main japanese carrier task force I had all vals and kates set to navel attack except two groups which had a port attack set for Soerbaja. None of the groups had port attack set as alternate. nontheless the entire force attaked the port. There were numerous sighted enemy task forces in range which made this rather frustration. Bug? Again I have saves of this.
