Ship System Repair

In playing scenario 4 south pac(h) I can find no way to send ships off map for system repairs. Am I missing something or is this a bug. In the TF screen return to Noumea is listed twice and Hawaii not at all.

The TFs have to be disbanded in port....the individual ships will, then, ave the option to send offmap.

In small map scenarios where scoring is counted, ships can not be sent off map for repairs.

You can see which is which by loading the scenario with the Scenario Editor and seeing if Score Damage is set to yes.

Does this mean system damage is forever or will ships repair system damage in any main port?
