Need v4.4>>v4.5 patch

I saw a thread here a couple weeks ago with the link to an alternate download site for the 4.4>>4.5 patch, but can't find it now.
I had a HD failure and lost my copy; luckily I had 4.4 complete on CD (thanks again DonDoom!), but the 4.5 patch had already been pulled from the Matrix site.

Anyone have that link?

The only link I saw was for 4.5 complete....which I downloaded last night....took a while with a cable modem........ the site is:
