How do you use GetRight to get the rest of the patch?

1. Reconnect to the internet as normal.
2. Activate Getright by clicking on the icon in your system tray or by using your start button.
3. This should bring up the Getright status display which should show the downloads you have in progress.
4. Click on the matrix address and it should resume.

I hope this helps. If none of this makes sense to you, or if you've already tried this and it didn't work, you will probably need to repost with more information so that one of the more competant or brighter members of this forum can answer you.
