"Sticky" mouse cursor....

"Sticky" mouse cursor....

After several minutes into a medium sized custom mission I get the problem of the mouse cursor getting "glued" to the center of the screen. I can move it a little but it snaps back to the center. No errors I can see in the error log. Anyone else get this?

Kinda sorta sounds like you have mouse steering half-enabled. I've never seen (or heard of) this behavior myself. But when mouse steering is enabled, the game centers the mouse cursor after sampling it each frame - this keeps the cursor from getting stuck at the edge of the screen if you keep turning right or left. However, the mouse pointer icon should be hidden when you are using mouse steering, so I can't quite figure out what is happening on your rig.

Does this only happen with this one cusom mission? Does it happen every time you try to play this particular mission?

So far only with this mission. The mouse-steering thing kind of sounded likely (I usually do not use it) so I tried toggleing it on and off to no avail.

I'll try it with some other missions and see what happens. I was actually not doing anything of consequence in the mission. I made the player a neutral fighter and just went to external to watch the battle unfold, was not actively controlling the ship, changing course/attitude, etc.
