Any possible time table as of yet?

Post by NeverMan »

I know there are a hundred threads like this one here, but screw it, I'm starting another one.

It is now August of 2004. Is there anyway that we can get a possible time table of EiA's release? A tentative date maybe, or maybe just a "by the end of the year" or maybe a "no, definitely not until next year". One of these would be great. The way it looks now I would go with the "not until next year", but then again, I am not on the development team.

Neverman:

It's a toughy! We want to release this year and that is our target. We're trying to lock this thing up ASAP BUT these testers are a tough group of EiA guys that are finding a few little nuances that can shift the game balance so it forces me back to the KBD so that you won't hate me after this thing is released :-)

Hang in there man since we're VERY VERY close!

Thank you

I can't remember if I've ever posted on the EiA forum before, but I take a look in on a frequent basis to see if there's any news on a release date. Its nice to see an honest reply that keeps us up to date.

As long as someone keeps us in the know, take as long as it needs to get the game right. I only get impatient with releases when nobody replies with even rough estimates for release.

Thanks for the above Marshall.[:)]
