Imperial Lemming Navy

I am playing the long campaign and for the last five months
i have been repeatedly attacking Kwajalien with two
US Carriers based at Wake Island. This has accounted for
8xCruisers and at least 30 Japanese Destroyers.
The Japanese Carrier Fleet has spent most of this time circling Borneo.

Will it ever react to me! Can it?

P.S i'm still a bit sorry[;)]

The AI is well known for this sort of stuff. There is currently no answer other than not to play it ...
