Quantum jump bug.

Everytime a campaign transfers to a new sector (all forces jump there), always at the first mission (in fighter) i end up in a empty sector (not even the carrier which im supposed to launch from is present) with two farcasters who connect to each other (really useful!).

At the beginning of the mission, a quantum jump animation is played, though this is probably supposed to be there, its just that i have never xperienced a succesfull transfer of forces when using a fighter in first mission in new sector.

Yeah, that seems to have sometime to do with the timing of the jump and when you leave for the mission. Just ESC + 2 and restart the mission, that should fix it.

Had the same problem a couple of times. Just canceling the mission didn't help, though ending the camping an reloading did.

i never pick amission that starts the same time the ships are suppose to jump
