Unable to purchase mines, etc.

I tried to design a scenario between Germany and USA in late 1944 with USA defending against a German assault. The buy list under MISC is so long that mines don't even show up. Is there another way?

Use the 'Nation' button and choose another country (e.g. UK). Buy mines from their misc screen then switch back to U.S. when you are finished.

I've never made a scenario, but I think that should work.

Thank you, sir. That did work.

However, there is still the problem with the buy list disappearing off the bottom of the screen with no way to scroll down.

That is a problem, Mark. I hope it is addressed. Makes you wonder what is down there that you can't see
