That wasn't easy. Looks like a cross-breed of a SdKfz 11 and a M3 halftrack...

A WAG on my part would be a very early version of the SdKfz 6.

That's easy, I'ts my old car...........god I loved that car it must of got 7 miles to the gallon............I wonder where it is now?
