Is something being done about the errors?

So....are there any efforts being put forth by either Destroyer Studios or Matrix Games to solve these CTD issues? I did pay for this game like everyone else and would like to receive support and fixes for the money that I spent. So far, I haven't seen anything posted by a Destroyer Studio employee saying that they are looking into these CTD issues. Some word about these bugs would be a very good PR move. Otherwise a refund is easily given out by Digital River.

- two patches released
- a third patch in Matrix's QA testing process
- a general request from John DiCamillo for anybody experiencing CTDs* to send in their errlog.txt files so he can track down the crashes better?
