11BG arrives w/ no a/c, 120 in pool

Playing big campaign as allies, end of March, 11 BG arrives in PH, scheduled to contain Bolos. There are 120 Bolos in the pool, but the BG arrives with zero a/c. Pilots are present, just no a/c.

Is this natural? Save before available.

I had that with a couple of disbanded zero grps. they arrived in osaka with no aircraft and the there were a/c in the pool. After a couple of turns i noticed that they had recieved a/c normally.

just give the game time, it will deploy the proper pilots and planes.
