adding to timo's korean war scenarios

I would like to work on some Korean war scenarios myself,I was told via the forum to get chlandas editor in order to modify the scenario date past 1949. I dont mean to sound like an idiot but where can I get this editor and can you design a complete scenario in it similar to doing it in the editor that comes with spwaw?Again sorry to sound stupid but i am a n fng.

Start->Program files->Steel Panthers World At War->Chandla SPWaW Editor (If you mean this one, found in v5 at least)
